Worst company I have ever used

If there was a zero star rating or below that would've been suffice. They are only issues waiting to happen. We wanted to install a tracker for our safety as hijacking,theft and so forth are issues that may be faced at any time,but the service of this company was horrible.Firstly a technician arrived at our home, informed us that he had been drinking last night and is "babalas" at the moment, he has been on his phone most of the time with another lady and did not seem work related at all, when he was done the car didnt want to start at all, he then attached wrenches to his company vehicles battery, started his vehicle, taken it out and started my bakkie in this manner, honestly not professional at all, in this time he also damaged my trim piece in my bonnet as he had been scratching the battery over it. The next day I had to attend a meeting and had to forfeit as my vehicle was not starting. The technicians then came over to firstly try and convince us it is not draining from the battery, but at the end they done an offroad,disconnected everything and came to the conclusion that it is afterall draining my battery. We were also informed it should not have been done under a security camera which is meant for our safety and was a good to have in such a situation, so their worries seems to be aimed at their safety and unproffessional work rather than the safety of their users. I also went to check my battery and condition is still great .I then went on to cancel as I am still in my 5 day cooling period and want to cancel this nonsense before I am stuck in a 3 year contract for a useless system which is only causing more issues than good. I phoned multiple times for cancellation the 26th and 27th, even went in to their branch in Bellville. They went on to deduct the money for a product I am not even using, now its a fight for the damages caused and the money they have deducted and the situation keeps getting escalated, but no further assistance is provided. If there is no attendance to this matter I will definitely be involving a lawyer
