Worst company ever

Worst accounts department ever. One consultant advices me that a payment arrangement can be made. The other on states none can be made. Account was debited 3 times!! Was told to forget about the the voice recording of the original payment arrangement and refer to my maximum debicheck amount!! What the actual F!
