Complained about their service a week ago on hello peter and they called me. The social media guy that handles complaints was just as I expected. He does not know what is going on there himself, promised to get back to me but failed, he could not help and insisted that I should cancel. Now they are persuading me to cancel so that they can say I need to pay a cancellation fee. How do you cancel a service that is not provided.
