Worst cartrack company

We’ve had the worst experience with this company; we took their cover for one of our cars and the tracking device stopped working almost two years now. My husband has been in contact with them to fix the device or replace it as it is not working and we can’t track the vehicle, they’ve been giving us excuses since. Even to cancel the service, they don’t allow us to cancel and have been deducting our account for almost two years for a service we are not getting. I will never recommend you to anyone
