This is my worst tracker ever I’ve been waiting since August for them to change the option . With their calls recorded they heard which option I chose Each and every month I’ve been calling them the lady that said it will change in August her name is Kgaogelo , yesterday I spoke to keamohetswe and I asked to speak to the team leader she told me straight the team leader by the name of Shakir Joseph said he will not come to the phone to speak to me as he isn’t the one to do the changes, it’s supposed to be nathen and nathen was off yesterday So this team leader who can’t even handle clients queries what is he doing as a team leader

This is so disgusting 🤢

And when I called again they continue to cut the call seems like when they went for training they were told to cut the call should u not be able to resolve a query but to think of it I doubt they even went on training for the fact that the team leader said straight he doesn’t want to speak to a client How gross and irritating
