WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have ever seen.

I am good and fedup with their 50 calls a day after arrangements has been made to make EFT payments via email, via calling and talking to manager, via WhatsApp AND ALSO still trying to debit from a pensioner account NOT EVEN THE ACCOUNT HOLDER AND WHO RETRACTED HER PERMISSION FOR ANY DEBIT ORDERS. They still call 50 times a day and they still try to debit that account. I have taken this to social media after numerus attempts and proof as this is the WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have ever seen. They do not update their note systems with arrangements keep calling 50times a day and they try to ***** FROM A PENSIONER after debit orders was cancelled and EVEN STATED on WhatsApp that they changed to eft BUT still try to debit that account. How pathetic and *********** is this company! I have all the whatsapps, emails and calls recorded as proof!!
