!!!Worst and most pathetic service!!!

Worst and most pathetic service I ever received from any company!!!!!!!!!! The client service is terrible. My unit has no signal for 10days, calling them every day to schedule and be fixed and nothing happens!!! They don’t call be back or do anything regarding the unit in my vehicle!! This is the second time, my vehicle was ****** last year and SAPS recovered my vehicle I had to call Cartrack to inform them it was recovered. Took Cartrack 2 months to replace a new unit in my vehicle and again I had to call and call and call to get them out to install a new unit!!! Paying for a service that doesn’t work!!!! I’ll move all my business to different company!!!
