Worst administration in the world

Their administration is the worst. The contract has been terminated two months ago and contract paid up yet they still debit the account unathorised. I have reported this behaviour a thousand times and it just falls on deaf ears. I am about to open a case of theft because that is what it has become. So sick of them! Even when you report this they never fix it. So never join to begin with.
