Worst accounts department ever!!!

I am very unhappy with their service. My account was blocked due to a returned debit order on a Friday. I then made payment via eft, today it’s Monday and my account is still blocked. When I call them they say payment is not yet allocated. How can it take 3+ days to allocate a payment? Worst accounts department ever!!
