Worse Tracking Company Ever

Took their R199 product in June and I was told that I will get hijacking’s hotspots alert and overspending alerts.

Realized that this was not happening, so I tried contacting them and could not get hold of anyone

Decided to stop paying my premiums and their account department contacted me and I explained with I did not pay

They promised to assist me regarding this abs I paid Called everyday and no one was able to assist me

Stopped paying and they called again from the account department and I told them that I’m not paying until they give me what I’m paying for which are these alerts

Five months down the line I don’t have those alerts

Yesterday I told them that I want to downgrade since they are failing to provide them to me

Cartrack told me that I should pay them for failing to assist me with the alerts R350 or I pay cancellation fee

I would not advise anyone to take the product at all
