worse tracking company ever:

I installed a tracking device hardly a year ago, I was hijacked 2 weeks ago & I managed to call cartrack from a stranger's cellphone. hours later they couldn't find my car (for reason's like, ******* used a signal jammer / the unit was removed). Still as a paying customer i was not getting any regular feedback about recovery progress of my vehicle. Now cartrack is refusing to pay me the R150 000 warranty even though I’m able to prove that my tracking unit was working 100% as I was constantly testing it via my app. This is not a trusted company, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone:-(
