Worse than a ****a Shop

You debit my account and next day you tell me I missed payment, and send me option to pay via credit card and I pay again even though we had 2 payments arrangement for early cancellation. Just received now a message of non payment and breach of Cartrack's T&C's. What ******* is that you doing? Where is the profesionalism? I sent you a msg very early in the morning no response but you have the audacity to sent me stupid messages but not attending to customer queries. I called your customer service and have to deal with unprofesional people who dont have a listening skill (listen to the recording). Sort this thing out and stop sending me uselesd messages cause I have already paid R2813. 90 according to my records.
