Worse Experience ever😡😡😡

After spending 5 years with cartracker. I wanted to downgrade as i was paying too much for the tracker, and i requested to add wireless device also as a back up. Agreed on the amount then Boom they send a technician who only came to do the maintenance without backup device, i called without answer and waited for the explanation, and month end they deducted the money without putting back up device and i reversed the money and requested them to terminate whatever contract i had with them as they were harassing me with their calls for failed debit order and they didn't want to do the job as requested. Im never joining cartracker ever. Im done with them as i feel they wanted to **** me.
