Worse customer service ever!

I would not recommend anyone make use of cartrack, they do not tell you that when you make use of their services, you are enter into a contract with them for two years. When you want to cancel the contract due to poor service, you're liable for the entire duration of the contract. I entered into a payment arrangement to pay off the amount due to them but every month I still get reminder emails, texts regarding blacklisting and now the latest legal summons. Steer away from making use of their services, I learnt the hard way.
