Worse company ever don’t join

This company doesn’t even Deserve one star . From the beginning of my contract I’ve been having problems until now And no one is willing to help me with my problem ,The only thing they they keep telling me is to upgrade my device but now ,how do I do that when I’m so unhappy with the service this company is offering me .I’ve just been told that the device installed in my car was discontinued last year but nobody has bothered to let me know now they Telling me that the device is fault.
