Worse company ever

1 star is too much for their kind of service,I have a dashcam with cartrack and requested a footage which i cant get from them cause they cant even get it,they saying my camera isn't working yet my account isn't in arrears,I asked for a cancelation they want me to pay a cancelation fee which is ridiculous cause they cant provide me with a service im paying for monthly.

Which clearly shows they only want the debit orders only they dont care about providing service they are being paid for
