Worse Accounts dep in the World of Stupidity!

Worse accounts department in the world! I did change of ownership and the accounts decided to hand me over for collection for change of ownership fee after almost 2 years. Worse it's just R350. How does change of ownership go through without that R350 fee? Then after 2 years while the new owner has even cancelled the service you call me to collect R350 change of ownership? The Account dep don't even communicate with the collection dep regarding accounts! Collection are so blank! don't even know the account has been transferred to another person but they want money..fix your ****!

Then this person on FB support sends me saying "please note it is not change of ownership but the monthly subscription you skiped, then send me a statement not only showing the new owner but also the dates I had already sold the car😡 with no R350 on it.
Then another idiot comes on the same inbox and say "Good day please note it is the change of ownership 😡

What is wrong with you people?
