Won't recommend, terrible service.

As installing a tracker which is already a grudge buy because our insurance makes us install trackers you would hope that the service would be great and the money spent would be worth it. Unfortunately with Cartrack that is not the case. Car ****** and not found, no big surprise there even though we had 2 trackers installed in the car. Now it's been more than a month that we've been struggling to get them to install trackers in the new vehicle, 3 time the appointment was cancelled last minute and once they didn't even bother to pitch. Contract signed for 4 vehicles and this is the service we receive. Would absolutely not recommend them as you would most probably regret doing so. The relationships manager also useless, don't even bother phoning or messaging as you will not get an answer or a response. Terrible to say the least!
