Wonderful experience from Cartrack Technical team

Wonderful experience from Cartrack Technical team in Menlyn - lead by Billy Musenwa.

After getting the tracking device installed all was fine but the following day we encountered a mechanical breakdown where we saw smoke coming out from the front of the car.

We then called Cartrack to assist since there were no issues with the vehicle prior. After being send from pillar to post for over 3 hours, eventually Mr Billy Musenwa came out to assist us and took his time to find the fault and found that the aircon pump had ceased which led to the smoke because of the belt which later broke.

He then helped us to get to the Cartrack branch in Menlyn where they attended the vehicle and assisted with the aircon pump replacement. They did a wonderful job under the circumstances and we are very grateful for the after sales service. We applaude the Menlyn team who made us forget an earlier experience from the call centre personnel.

We also applaude and thank Welman from the call centre who was willing to assist and go extra mile as well as Tebogo from PiC Department who checked on us after all the drama.
