With holding my logbook

I requested a logbook for a vehicle that was sold for tax.

the first call i had to wait two days because the need to get it out of the archives the seconded call had to wait one day same as above Third call was 2 hours Fourth call no help Call number 5 had to wait 1 hour Call number 6 well no help at all Call number 7 hold please Call number 8 hold please Call number 9 hold please Call number 10 have to hold busy sending it
