With car track you pay to get nothing
Once again another disappointment and poor service from car track. I need my tracking reports and nothing shows on the the app and web login. Since i bought a new car two months ago all the old info from my previous car is gone. I phoned them. Emailed them.. The fleet department phone just rings and rings but the sales guys are always available, how ironic... The main reason i got the tracker is for trip reports for tax purposes... I want this sorted out in 24hours or im submitting an official complaint through the CPA. Ive had enough of your useless company
