Winfred- Very rude and disrespectful consultant

I called in on Saturday 09/03/2024 at 18:21 to enquire if we have a towing benefit on our profile. The guy I spoke had a disgusting attitude from the onset. I expressed this to him and he apologised with the same amount of attitude. He proceeded to ask to confirm details with my mom( who is the account holder) understandably. I told him I had authority to speak on that account, he confirmed but insisted on speaking to my mom. His authentication process went on for so long that he even asked for my deceased dad's details ( who has never been an account holder). How absurd and insensitive!!!!.A back and forth took place for so long whilst all we wanted was to know is if we had that option on our plan. He refused that I speak to a supervisor or anyone else. He claimed that he works alone and that even if I call in again I will only reach him. Asked for his surname and he just hung up on me. He's name is Winfred. Makes me question if I was in serious danger and reached him. Would he be the person I'd appreciate to talk to?
