Will never recommend you guys to our clients and we are the mccarthy group

Terrible service, your agents cut calls when they feel like it. Wait for over 20 min at a time and then your agents are totally unhelpful. Called between 10:10am and 10:35 am on 17 November 2020 and you guys are absolutely useless. I work for toyota and we have been trying to get you guys to come fit a tracker for a client that called more than a week ago and still no help and when getting thru to your agents your agents dont help us or give. my number that i called from is ***
