Will most definitely not trust or recommend CARTRACK!!!!!

Im so upset with cartrack....I had 2 devices installed in my vehicle, a few days later the one device started giving problems, so much that cartrack phoned me everytime I would drive my vehicle and telling me there's a powerloss on my vehicle (BUT IM BUSY DRIVING MY VEHICLE) telling each and every person phoning me the same thing....they would not think "oh somethings wrong with the device/s, let's send someone out to have a look at what's the problem"!!!! NOOOO!!!!! 3 Days later there WAS a powerloss on my vehicle, next to the road, we phoned cartrack they said they could not help because everyone went home, we should phone the next day (WOW WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!!!) So we had to call for a low bed and get the vehicle for repairs, it took 2 weeks for the guy who did the repairs to get power on the vehicle to see what the problem was and guess what, the technician (most probably not qualified) connected the devices to the wrong wires in my vehicle and caused the wires to melt and burn, and that's why there was no power on my vehicle.....Now no one at catrack wants to help me with this matter and I have to pay a cancelation fee and I'm still paying for 2 devices that's not in my vehicle since March and it June now and till today Cartrack has not called about the devices not being active or nothing, but we have to pay!!!!!!!!! I will not trust or recommend CARTRACK to anyone!!!!!!!
