Why paying R 1700 to terminate contract for a written-off car

<p>im very unhappy with the cartrack. My car involeved in an accident and declared a written-off. When i request cartrack to cancel my contract since my car was written-off and i will no longer need their service. i am that i will need to pay R1700 for early temination. i believe that this is *******, terminating a tracker contract for a writeoff car should be treated different. How does one pay for a tracker when s/he does not own a car. </p>
