Where is my refund? Incorrect car cancellation

What a nightmare. Okay so I am trying to cancel my catrack I had on my Qashqai that I sold months ago. Had to pay R1200 to cancel the contact. I then receive a mail confirming the cancellation..but it is not my car!! My car registration is Dx55jjgp the one cancelled is FW14VSGP...then to find out I have been billed for months on this FW car.. I am waiting for my refund..was told it could take 40 days!! What??? Then I would really want to know if my cartrack for the correct car has been cancelled and what car did I pay cancellation fees for? When will I get my money back. Everytime I phone Cartrack the service is pathetic...I had to guide them to figure out that the FW14VSGP is not my car but a car from McDuling Motors Volkswagen. Themba Nirenda...I am still wondering when I will receive my money and if the my actual cartrack for the qashqai DX55JjGP has been cancelled and why I had to pay R1200 cancellation fee and it is not even my car????
