Whenever Car watch is active & I miss a call
Whenever Car watch is active & I miss a call. The agents would phone & ensure everything is okay. They are understanding & also sound chilled. Thembi Masuku has done an amazing job as well to follow up my missed call. (Some reason my dumb phone blocked their BOT call alert) Overall all the agents are nice that I have encountered & never had a dull moment as well.
