When I join with them. They told me that the install two trackers on the bike. Should my bike been ****** and the ********s take out the first track,they will then switch on what they call recovery tracker unit. My bike was hijacked on the 21/01/2025. I got their call on the 22.i ask the person that was helping of when was the last time they saw the bike on their system, I was told on 21 around 10:20 pm. Then second call said on the same day around 9:am. That means, they are not even sure. I then ask them about recovery Unit till now I have no answer. Worse part I phone them to check the same bike tr 2 days before it was ******. I was told they can see they bike around Alberton but not the address where is it. That actually made me to question as if I knew. I then checked with the 2 other bikes I have with them. Lol they can only explain the area where the bikes are not the exact spot, then they want to tell me about they network. It's a lot. I can tell you now they are lying to their clients.
