When can I get the refund?

You double debited my account and sent me an sms alerting me about the double debit. You also said you were processing a refund. I was very happy about this because I was not even aware of the doublede debit.

This was more than a week ago.

I have been calling and calling only to be told the refund is being processed.

It takes 2 seconds to debit my account but years to refund me.

Please, when can I expect the refund?
