What Outstanding amount

Come on guys. Get you stuff together man. I called at the beginning of February to change my debit order date. And was told it I would only be debited in March again. Whatever. Money still came off at the beginning of the month. Call again to be told I will be debited now in the 26th of the month. Cool. I get a snotty email saying that I owe you money and better pay within 10 days. My account is on debit order. I mean seriously. Please look into this and you can call me when you can figure out what's going on.
