What is customer service?

A friend who worked at cartrack had reffered me to this company and I seriously regret it.

From the moment I joined I've had awful customer experiences.

My most recent grievance is trying to forward pay my account. All I want to do is settle the remainder of my three year contract.

I've been given 3 different amounts and everytime I've been assured someone will email me back it never happens

If you are looking for a below average customer service this company still wouldn't be sufficient
