What I can say is say is that my two devices that have been installed dont match the location when I'm on the road they show the location maybe 500m or 1 KM apart and they are very slow on locating the vehicle on my side. For example, if the car is moving, the location will be 2 - 5 km behind the car, and sometimes, it takes time to update the live location. And the time taken to call when the battery is being removed. Today was better... I know the control room is busy from time to time... but 5 minutes is a long time... imagine calling after 15 minutes. That is what I've been experiencing whenever my battery was being removed..
