What have I been paying for?

Dear @hellopetercom I need your assistance about @CartrackZA I have been paying my subscription until a few months ago due to lack of income. They contract in question, I entered into in 2017. It is due to end, so I asked them to cancel it. Alas! I found out that the contract that is registered with @CartrackZA in my name, ended in 2011. So my question is, what have I been paying for since 2017? Because they are telling me about a Polo that I used to own in 2011 and I cancelled the contract when the car was no longer mine. It means my current car, bought in 2017 and took Cartrack insurance for, is not registered on their books. What have I been paying for since 2017 until a few months ago? Now they are demanding arrears amount for which car exactly? I want you to help in that regard.
