WHAT do you need to do to get a fitment done!!!!!!! Waiting 4 weeks now!!!!

It is now 2 weeks after my last complaint. and after several calls, still I do not get my installation as requested. Promises was **** but nobody come an do the fitment? What so we need to do get a service?

If you phone it is always sorry mam, Now when I phone on the number I always use, Sorry mam You need to phone the western cape department.......
