what a shock

I Had a tracker unit from tracker,

today I called them to ask if I can disable the tracker and the old car and move it to the new car,

I go the new of the day, from Hlompho, I need to pay for the tracker in the precious car, or pay R 400 cancellation fee or pay R 1000 plus for a new contract, reason is that they cant move a contract, if sits for 3 years then I need to pay till contract has ended.

now I asked to speak to Team leader, Malanie now tells oh sorry to cancel the contract I need to pay 800 no longer 400

I am waiting to get a telephone call where the agent read for me the T and c's
