Well with Cartrack my experience has been blissful , for the few years I’ve been with them I’ve never experienced any problem , with regards to their roadside assistance I’ve been assisted and it was actually the quickest service ever, with regards to the agent who help me in regards to having to cancel my service with Cartrack, a gents by the name of tebogo Selepe who called me just a day after I’ve drafted my email. Got a call from him and the way he sold me the cancellation of this services made me realised that after my studies I really need to get back to using car tracker and also Tebogo should be my go to guy.. he sold me a proper service and felt like taking my car back and starting over.. Thank you to him he deserve a raise lol..
