Well I won't say much with cartrack as there's a lot that needs to be fixed within the company. I will say a bit about the consultant Mpho Malapane whom I interacted with. I really loved the way she is so professional, patient and dedicated to her work. A world would be a better place If all companies had same employees as her. In terms of raring scale she gets all the top badges of knowing how to deal with a customer service I jet she studied alot about Batho Pele🤝
