My car battery died and within 5 minutes I received a phone call from you asking if everything was okay whilst i was trying to figure out what was going on. Within 30 min you had arranged for such a friendly man to come and jump start my car. I was so panicked being a female at 22:00 on the side of the road but you made sure I was assisted so quickly. Please start an insurance company today and I will be your first client. Your control room and consultants kept me updated every 10 minutes. They checked in consistently.
