We witnessed an accident on the 24th of December

We witnessed an accident on the 24th of December. Having a dashcam fitted in our vehicle, we thought getting footage to help the innocent driver would be a breeze. Being public holidays, I started the video retrieval process on the 27th. Up until now (31st) I still don’t have any footage. Yesterday, i spoke to 6 different people, all saying they will escalate the matter. Yet, here we are another day without any footage or feedback.
