WE CARTRACK, WE WILL BLACKLIST YOU!! WE CARTRACK WE ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!

Cartrack have ****med me. They installed a device in my car that worked for only 3months and since then they couldn't locate my car when I called in for check ups, even when I removed the battery from my car they won't alert me... this has been happening since 2018 to date, they are now harassing me saying that I owe them R3000.00.

I have been telling them I won't pay that money because they have never provided me with the services they promised me. I also asked them to pull a report that the device on my car is working and they failed, I spoke to one of their technicians over the phone few days back and when she checked on the system she found that the tracking device has not been working since 2019.

I have tried to call cartrack to come and fix this device between 2019 and 2020 and they never did while they were still debiting my account, so I decided to stop the debit order because I was not happy and I told them I don't want the contract anymore and they started to tell me that I'm binded to stay in the contract for 36 months , I asked why should I stay in the contract if I'm not happy and not receiving the services I deserve as a customer? Those collections agents are always rude and we never had any agreement with them.

They have never even called me when I was driving in dangerous areas.

All I want is a report proving to me that the device is working.

NOW THEY WANT TO BLACKLIST ME! IS THIS FIAR?

Anyone reading this and looking for a good tracking company, cartrack is the worst... my other experience with them is when my friend got hijacked in 2020 even today he is still waiting for his recovery fee which they haven't paid.
