Wasting my time and resources

My unit has been faulty, contacted them 3 weeks ago to fix or repair. I get told someone will give me a call. Three phone calls made this week, "someone will contact you". Cartrack, please come and take your faulty unit and cancel my contract, I will sign up with other options available.
