Wasted my time!

I am very disappointed with the service from Car Track. I scheduled a technician to install my tracker, but they never showed up. I waited for over 30 minutes, and when I contacted customer service, they said they were unable to reach the technician as well. This is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. I expected better reliability and professionalism from a company like Car Track. The name of the technician is Mihlali Sizani
