waste tracking company

I was hijacked on the 11th of December 2019 with guns and knives, called cartrack with 5minutes and the did not respond nor provide me with the feedback. As ppromised to everyone, I called several times to get a feedback about my car. The consultant always says the Supervisor will call me back, to date I had to call again daily to get the way forward, same response. As I was shot by the hijackes, I couldn't attend the matter everytime and was not at work.I called them on the 20th of January to request a warranty form to claim the 150k, Guess what, a guy called Johnny Smith sent me an email saying things I never heard and saying I wont qualify since I did not request in 30days. this is his email that he sent me below with his signature: "Good day
