Waste of Time and Money

December 2015 i decided to upgrade my tracking unit just to put myself in such a stress and debt. firstly they sent me a junior technician to install the unit, who took 8hrs to install my unit and drove away with my vehicle telling me that his testing the unit, when he came back after 45 -1hr my petrol was low and my aircon on. Like dude this is not your car but mine. I took my car and just signed off his job card as i was ****ed off. A day later i released that my dash was not properly aligned and was rattling which i went straight to Cartrack Boksburg center to lodge a complaint and it was sorted out but i was still not at ease and took my car to Toyota for them to assess if everything was ok as i was leaving the country. to my surprise my dash was still not aligned properly and i was left still unhappy. when i came back to SA i was called to be advised that the unit is sending faulty signals and needed to be changed from the call center. I was told that everything was ok by the manager in Boksburg now the unit is faulty. I called in to cancel now i have to pay 1700 for something that was initially not working. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
