Waste of time

Cartrack has absulutely no service. If you call in you have to listen to recorded voice notes forever. The device in my cat is not working properly since Sunday 20 March. Today 22 March after messages sent and calls made and received, (one operator said he would reboot it) up to now it is not working. There is no follow up. Hoe can I cancel this waste of time?
