Waste of time
Pathetic. Call centre made a fitment booking for me at their menlyn car city branch, way in advace five days before for 8am, I was told is the only slot available, on the 17th Nov for 22nd. Guess wat?? I got there 7:30 waisting my work time, and petrol only to be told I do not have an appointment.
