Waste of money!!!!!!!!!!

I’ve never dealt with such incompetence. I sold a bike a while back and needed the tracking device removed from it so it can be reinstalled in my new bike, it took them close to a month to remove the tracker from the first bike, they’d call me endlessly to keep asking for the same information that I provided them each day! When I thought it was all over, booking an appointment to have a technician install the tracker on the new bike, they schedule it but nobody pitches! They call me saying they don’t have technicians available so we reschedule for the next day, still no one pitches and they didn’t even call to say anything! I’ve just about had it with cartrack and I’m ready to cancel all my contracts with them!
