Warranty is a joke

Not sure what happened, but they started lying and harassing not only me...but my partner....and all their Agent with "I will escalate it " and their rudeness, is not customer friendly, Literally just called to cancel due to their super competence at being ***********...Please stay away from them if you want piece of mind in life.

I am paying for a Lifetime Maintenance Warranty but they insist that I owe them R600 even though the Lifetime Warranty covers it...if this is not crockery then I do not know what is.
