Warranty claims

I was high jacked and kidnapped on July 19th 2021,I was roughly kept for around about 6 hours in a house in kagiso(found out later),after those out the hijackers dropped me off at langlaagte where I had to roam around to find the nearest police station which I did as soon as I got the I called my sister to inform her and asked her to report to cartrack that I had be hijacked and I don’t have a cellphone to do that,till this day cartrack has never came back to me to inform me anything about my car or if they’ve found the device and during that time my car was taken the app showed 16 notifications that the car was driving at an excessive and the unsafe area it was heading to but they never bothered to call me or the next of kin, now they fail to pay the R150000 warranty claim whereas they haven’t recovered my car or the device and they saying reason is because of failure to report with six(which I don’t understand how I was suppose to do that when I was kidnapped) cartrack is one useless tracker and I’m not done will make you rewrite the whole policy because you don’t need a lawyer to see the cracks in the policy
