Warranty Claim Rejected

I was hijacked on the 10 April 2025 and none of premiums where not paid. I was paying with debit order and manual payment. When I was doing warranty claim that they promised me if they don't recovery my car they will pay R150000. They came with story that I didn't not test my unit and I even requested videos to their control room in February showing that their units where working and I did not skipped any premiums.
